FILAMENT-Eco allows obtaining multidirectional and customized interconnected structure with specific photo- and electrochemical activity

 

FILAMENT-Eco has 100% customized composition. The PLA – inorganic phase ratio can be varied according to the customers’ needs, achieving up to 40 vol.% of total inorganic phases

 

FILAMENT-Eco:

  • Use nanoparticles as inorganic loads
  • Print conductive 3D patterns
  • Print conductive 3D self-supported pieces
  • Produce photoactive filters
  • Produce electrodes for energy generation and storage devices

Characteristics

  • Compositions: up to 40 vol.% of inorganic charge (TiO2, ZnO, carbonaceous particles, etc. )
  • Diameter: 1.75 mm (±0.05 mm)
  • Quantity: from 5 g to higher batches
  • Print Temperature: 150-170°C

 

Instructions for use:

  1. Insert the filament into the 3Dprinter
  2. Heat up at the reference temperature and drive motor to start the filament flow
  3. Once the printing is finished, keep the filament in a dry place and inside the bag

 

Storage Conditions: 

  • Keep in a dry place
  • Protec from the direct sunlight
  • Store between 5°C – 30°C
